If I had to choose one word to describe Kerryn, it would be inclusive. On Day 1 of my teaching degree, we were taught that we all are born with an inherent need to belong. I've seen Kerryn in multiple different roles ~ as a presenter, a panel moderator, a gratitude session leader. In every encounter, she has effortlessly made everyone know they belong, communicating this through her actions, her words and her inquisitive nature. She has a calm and approachable leadership style, with an upbeat energy and spark that keep you engaged and curious. She is fascinated by people and their stories, and has a gift for drawing out the important details and weaves them so that they are then relevant to the other audience members.
